Frequently Asked Questions
Listed below are the most commonly questions asked about the reunion. If you need more information or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How is the ticket price determined? The ticket price has four main components. A significant factor is the cost of the facility where you will hold the reunion. The nicer places simply cost more. Another factor is the food that will be served, also set by the venue, in our case, the hotel. A third portion of the ticket price goes to cover other necessary expenses. These items include decorations, entertainment and photography to name a few. A final portion of the ticket price covers all the other expenses associated with putting on a reunion. This includes all of the incedentals, printing needs, mailings and website maintenence, and etc.
Can I pay with a Credit Card? Absolutely! It is our preference that you pay using your Mastercard or Visa via our website. Ticket purchases are secure and guaranteed.
Will you mail the reunion tickets to me? No. We will send you a confirmation, but will hold them for you, and have all of the necessary information at the registration table at the event.
How do I know that you have received my payment? We will send a reservation confirmation. You may also check your bank or credit card statement to verify.
When is the deadline for purchasing tickets? Tickets will sale through the month of June. At this time, there are no plans to offer ticket sales at te door on the evening of the event. However, please contact me if you have special circumstances that you need to discuss with me regarding this matter.
Refunds? Contact me for information and deadlines.
How can I find out who is going to attend? The best way to do this is to contact those who you are interested in seeing and talk with them about attending. You may also contact me for information, or check out the website.
How many people will attend? It is hard to say. Reunion planners only estimate about a 25% participation projection, but I believe that we will meet and exceed that. Level of interest is the key, and response and participation will vary from class to class. The most important factor in determining the success of our reunion is YOU. Get on the phone and online, contact your friends, and encourage them to attend. There is no substitue for a personal touch.
